What do yall do with your rental properties when it comes to landscaping?

Furnished it and landscaped with a unique look that the market has been desiring.

Do a Google search for "residential landscaping" for some ideas.  

Here's the formula:ESTIMATED SELLING PRICE (ARV) -Purchase price -Purchase expenses (inspection, survey, etc) -Rehab cost -Misc soft costs (designer, architect, engineers, permit) -Loan costs (interest payments, points) -Other holding costs (utilities, landscaping, pool maintenance, etc) -Selling costs (commissions, closing costs, staging, buyer warranty, etc)=PROFIT

Since I have owned the property I have put a new roof on it ($18k), all new stainless steel appliances ($3k) and new landscaping ($2k) the driveway is suppose to be done for ($1.5k) here next month.

. ___________________ However, I heard banks want to make sure that a home they finance is worth the money they are loaning, _______________ I just don't want to pay thousands of dollars for this idea, only to find out that mortgage lenders don't value the landscaping much and just take into consideration the value of the actual home structure when it comes to deciding what monetary amount they value the home. __________________ Would a bank actually loan a house buyer more money because of the landscape ?

Trees not only add beauty to the environment, they can be used in a landscape to increase privacy and shade yards and homes.

In a mobile home park or RV park, most of the value is in the underground infrastructure, roads, landscaping, amenities, pools, fencing, pads, utility pedestals, etc, while only a small portion of the value comes from a building, like a clubhouse or laundry facility.

Right now I'm redoing the landscaping in my front yard at home and am hesitant to get into buying anything else in T or C (as we locals call Truth or Consequences), since my first grandbaby was born on 2/28/15 and I'm longing to be closer to her, which would mean a move to Las Vegas (yuck). 

I don't mess around with SFRs so I'm always footing the landscaping bill for my properties so it's really not my area of expertise.
