Purchased during Pre-construction Phase, help two years and Sold.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Multi-tenant capable lot size similar to what I had done a few times in Southern California.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Local Realtor and negotiated with the contractor.

How did you finance this deal?

Personal cash and bank loan.

How did you add value to the deal?

Furnished it and landscaped with a unique look that the market has been desiring.

What was the outcome?

Sold for more than most in the market expected due to marketing strategy.

Marketing strategies for getting multiple Buyers is similar to other consumer industries.
