Furthermore, I wanted to see if anyone has moved properties into Series LLC (I live in TX) and the estimated costs (if you don't mind sharing) and if for a young investor with just a few properties but planning to continue adding to the portfolio it is worth it to start before acquiring more properties.

I manage my own properties in this area as i have not acquired enough for it to be an issue to need one but moving forward i would have to consider using one esecially with the distance on some of the rental units.

That is why I was asking if it was a decent way to get into the industry.While I need to acquire more cash reserves and general savings through an increase in my main income, I was thinking of becoming Licensed to gain any experience possible.I do not have a means to raise the amount of income I am currently receiving without leaving my current stable part-time job to pursue something else.

His story, which I believe, is that he sold his house, (which his sister and mother were living in), made a profit, acquired a new house and wanted to relocate his mother and sister.I have met with him, I have had a lengthy conversation with him and I frankly believe him.I guess where my question was trying to lead was: how do I construct the lease to include him as the payee.
