No point in throwing away money when u can grow equity in a asset that cash flows aswell

this happened to me in the Dallas market and after about 10 flips there we finally moved to other markets.. part of it was our price point.. they were all fha buyers.. so once U got that apprasial it was stuck for 6 months .. buyers did not have money to cover..  

Hey bigger pockets I don't know about u guys but Ik there is more to life than working 9-5 even tho I'm only 19 imlooking to do some big things.

And, not to rub salt in the wound but why 5 months?!!!

Wholesaler wont care you want to buy they will sell it to U buyer beware.Then go forth to that city spend time with the PM.... bring your proof of funds so they know your real.. if they don't help acquire your inventory they will know the good brokers that will work with you... and your problem is solved .
