Also check if they have a dryer that it's properly venting outside.. and that she's not leaving wet clothes to air dry in the house...No house plants or fish tanks... as the extra moisture they need only adds to the problem

Hi Ammon and welcome to BP, you sound ready to go but it seems you are going in 50 different directions and overwhelming your self,there is a lot of learning in this business. stick to one topic or area such as wholesaling for instance,laern the basic steps in wholesaling focus on one thing in wholesaling like just target vacant houses,FSBO'S,absentee owners, and learn to get your feet wet and work your way to other areas of REI. some times it means baby steps.

If you want to warm up a living room the tenants can get a great area rug designer on sale for cheap like 99 dollars and throw it down.Make sure with the tiles they are not the slippery kind with no grit to them.Those kinds can get wet and make people slip and fall.Much better to spend about 6 cents more a sq ft and get the cheap kind but they have the grip coating and not the ultra smooth slippery surface.
