We watch youtube videos on BRRRR, Flipping, Wholesaling, Subject to blah, blah, blah.

I watched a video on YouTube from biggerPockets and it inspired me to do better and take charge in managing my property.

We spent many hours discussing the pros and cons of different strategies.YOUTUBE - I can't stress this enough - I learned 90% of my knowledge from youtube videos and Bigger Pockets!
