South of San Francisco is the Peninsula and the South Bay, aka Silicon Valley, which is home to many notable tech companies like Apple, Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Oracle, AMD, Adobe, Intel, Netflix, Cisco, HP, EBay, Marvell, Altera, Ericsson, IBM, Hitachi, Kaiser Permanente, KLA Tencor, Qualcomm, Quantum, Xilinx, Tivo…… I could go on and on, but you get the picture.

Has fields, woods, meadows/valley, a pond, wildflower fields.

My partners and I are currently looking at our first deal in the hudson valley area.

This part is speculation, but with what is happening in the Lehigh Valley area with all the influx of investors and improvements happening in Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton (where I mainly invest), many investors are unable to purchase -- might push them out to other areas like Schuylkill County.

I have friends who live in Sherman Oaks and the views at night are even better than the daytime, you are looking down into the valley and can even see planes on approach to Van Nuys.

My wife and I are buy and hold investors from Happy Valley (Portland, Oregon).  

I am pretty familiar with NW Arkansas, less so with Fort Smith (the River Valley!).  

This is a clean type-A property in Chapel Hill and property managers I spoke to have no concern about vacancy risk.2. 2230 Valley Edge Drive #105, Raleigh - on market for 130k, last sale 138k in 2009.
