My first duplex purchase

I'm 30...and I have been living in apartments since I was 18. Found a 2 duplexes for sale by the same owner. Listed at 190k they are 3 bed 2 bath build in 2007 and rent is $825 on both sides. Great shape, great location. I jumped on it quickly and he accepted 175k. I needed 20% down which was like 24k and could only come up with 10k so the bank gave me a line of credit for the additional 14k needed on the downpayment. With everything including escrow I am making $550 a month in profit. My only with is that I had bought both of them...
