The biggest question I have been hunting for all over BP and the web is how much can you expect to make owning a PM business.  

They do NOT have any web portals to be able to monitor or service your loan.

Those changes are not covered in the book but the author does say changes will be posted to a web site as it becomes available. 

I have had a great people work for me for a long time but on a dime they became unreliable and soon enough they had money problems as I suspected, and went out of business.

I'm using Realtors but they just seem to be too unreliable.
