Everything from city of NLV, Clark county government buildings, the friggin DMV, a few casinos, the outlet malls, the university, the hospital, most hotels, and the movie theater.

But understand it might not be ideal for you and your situation.

Perhaps I am naïve, but CS & BD understandable, though I will admit it is the topic at meeting after meeting, so someone thinks it is hard.

Conduct a thorough local market analysis to understand trends in property value and rental demand.

Start by understanding local real estate laws and market trends in  New Brunswick or Alberta.

Of course my understanding is that then it would have to be hands off and I can’t live in it.
