I have spent the last 6 years working full-time with a local investor, helping them build their real estate portfolio. My expertise lies in acquisitions, managing rehabs, and property management. During this period, I have completed 300+ flips, 70+ wholesale deals, and effectively managed a portfolio of over 50 properties. I understand the DFW market very well and  I am also very experienced in Section 8 housing. 

I am looking to connect with both local and out-of-state investors who are in need of a reliable boots-on-the-ground presence in the Dallas market. My goal is to establish strategic partnerships where I can contribute my extensive knowledge and sweat equity for mutual benefit.
