Currently paying 8.21% (floating).Notes are great, being a hard money lender is great (we do both) but some cash that is reasonably safe and very liquid is always important for that great deal that comes up and needs funding yesterday.

There must be a significant reason to them being more affordable but well maintained aside from the fact you share 1 - 2 walls with strangers. - Am I caught in a loop and not taking action out of fear, or does this rational make sense to someone more experienced?
