Ask the tenant to have the services transferred to you during any vacancy, or you tell them yourself-we do that just to be sure.

We are looking at selling a flip property but it will likely take 3 months to close on that property and take money from the sale.We are also looking at another rental property that woudl likely close before the flip property will.The question is, is there a way to transfer the profit on the flip property to the rental property of the rental closes before the flip property does?

I believe in all likelihood the property is in probate seeing that ownership hasn’t been updated on the public records site.
