It does put them in control which is a plus but many renters just aren't that tech savy.

The previous large tech company I worked for and ended up opening several offices in Denver, and acquired a few startups based there as well.

They understand something else really well (like selling tech companies or something) and that is perfectly fine.If you don't clearly know what your selling then don't take the lunch just yet.  

We have all of the top dogs in tech and we're still hiring!

We had flat roofs and our stipulations were installers had to arrange appointments with our maintenance tech for access to the roof. the dishes were required to be on a Sleigh. 

Lots of tech jobs being created here as well.
