FYI-assignment clauses were never meant to be used to circumvent licensing law.

(a trial listing of a lower price possibly)...to see what t might bring--but be picky about renters because this place seems to make them hard to find...they need to get along with each other and hopefully be lifetime type renters.Maybe offer rent concessions...(???)

We haven’t officially tested it for a R-Value yet but we think it will be around R-15 to R-20.

Hi, Matt, I knew what you meant in your first post....Scott, That's one of your best posts as it is very good advice, James had the same intent, lol, but participation should really be made by the well informed homeowner.As I said in another post, the lenders have seen that investors were walking away with money they felt should have been theirs, so here we go again!

You will be locked into a 30yr investment in which you the value of your principal investment will be eroded in the inflationary environment...you want equity upsideJoe A, i think he meant 'owe' debit, not 'own'.

Not meant to be a snide comment - just my belief that one or both of those are true.
