I have a feeling REIT investments will continue to be a good investment as well with a strong Chi/San Fran/New York base.

Hey everyone I am fairly new to the BP community and investing however I have loved real estate ever since I was a kid.I have worked as a marketing consultant for a new home developer here in the SF Bay Area.I am looking to do some VA work for investors to learn more about this side of the industry.Any tips on how to go about getting the first few clients? 

I have had a number of clients that have used both FASS and REDS.

I'm an independent agent I currently work with over 75 carriers to help my clients protect themselves from financial losses. 

I lean towards listing properties but have buyer clients as well.

I initially started by focusing on MF (bc it seems easier & scales more quickly) but I quickly realized a lot of the best metro areas with strong economies mostly only have great deals on SFR, not really on MF.Many of the great MF deals in America are in subpar metro areas (economically speaking).

Successes and failures, my wife Michelle and I are looking to not only build a strong Christ based foundation for our business but also our lives.
