For some background information, I was originally intending on living here forever in Southern California.

Specifically in southern Westchester there's a lot of condos between Yonkers and White Plains was my initial reaction. 

In the north because of the price range is higher generally rehabs are longer so that it sats skews In favor of the southern suburbs. 

For me, Southern NJ / Areas near Camden Country area would be great.
