Any recommendations on getting my next deal financed with these conditions?

Are the units in rentable condition  right off the back  or would they require any major attention before being able to rent?

They will likely hurt your appraisal, assuming they are in rough condition and sell for less than the properties in good condition.

COnditions might be a little less favorable than owner-occupied, but it's available.

I always try to get the overall general condition prior to the appointment and give them a ballpark range just so we both don't waste each other's times.

Another reason I'll be doing it that way is because of my physical condition and my brother has offered his help.

My wife does not feel that we will get the return, and feels like we should pour the back pad, but the driveway condition should be accepted as-is for the new owners.
