@Franky Juwana when referring to the size of the flip, the concern doesn't necessarily refer to your willingness to do more work, but rather to the risk profile because of your lack of knowledge.

Hello BPI am under contract on a 10 unit apartment building in Illinois and would like some feedback from other operators of similar sized buildings as to their insurance coverage criteria and annual costs for such coverage.The building is a two story structure built in 1963.
