The reality is the resale value might be greater if you combined two of the one bed units to make a two or three bed unit so the property would be a four unit property and qualify for the 30 year debt financing of conventional owner occupied multifamily property.Another option would be to split off the house and sell it as a separate unit.

I have house hacked 2 single family homes in Colorado Springs, moved out with both rentals cash-flowing very modest amounts annually, and am actively looking for the next property around Allentown, PA.My 2 options: Add to my portfolio and House Hack for the 3rd timeI know that house hacking will be the easiest barrier to entry around a big down payment, has the chance for a lower APR with a primary residence loan, and I am comfortable using this strategy as I have done it twice in the last 3 years.

Standalone brick and mortars like compass are the ones that are burning through money and taking it from the agent and customer it is very hard for compass to survive in those environment, as company like as big as amazon or apple move to hybrid work environment, the compass failed to grasp the spirit hence their transaction cost is so high.
