My plan is to contact them in effort to get them to sell the property based on the assumption that they are out of state or possibly out of country and the property looks like it is in a fixable condition.

Does sales experience as a 1099 rep selling roofs/coatings/various projects count towards the 4 year in  field experience requirement?

I’m not planning on staying in this home for more than 4 years and when I’m ready to move I’m either going to sell it or use it as a long term rental.
