I'm looking for visual reference material that would provide an at-a-glance display of at least the essential puzzle pieces to a real estate transaction specifically concerning the entities/parties involved & their role.

When seasoned pros in our local rental association asked me to be a mentor to those new to the field.When I realized I was starting to identify with the roles of Real Estate Investor and Landlord and understood the responsibilities inherent in such.When I realized the positive contribution we were making to the community.

I've always exercised the thought of getting involved with real estate, but never had the opportunity to start.

I'm in a leadership role at work and I'm interested in doing it better.  

What role?

This role launched my role as OTR Director of Development for 3CDC(Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation) helping to create over 100 housing units and 20,000 square feet of commercial space in the newly formed Gateway Quarter.

You would not let your mother do this if the roles were reversed.

I make offers to buy properties not just for the exercise.
