Hi all! My name is Kodie and I currently work and reside in Baltimore city. I've lived here for about a year and a half but I'm originally from Pittsburgh, PA. I work in the area as an electrical engineer and in currently pursuing my masters degree at Hopkins. I've always exercised the thought of getting involved with real estate, but never had the opportunity to start. I recently found BP, which helped in finally giving me the motivation to start investing! I also just got approved for a mortgage and so now I'm actively looking for deals. Any thoughts, advice, or insight would be helpful! I look forward to getting to know you and the BP community!
