But if your thinking about setting up a PM I would suggest you get your brokers license and set up your own brokerage.

Perhaps when the business lines of credit grow after sustained  responsible use, the value will pay off in the longer run as compared to other options I may have missed/not thought of (such as what you suggested).

I suggest starting with your idea of what a comfortable life is with you and your wife regarding the amount of passive income you want and how passive you want it to be.

Hi @Steve Riebman      I would suggest a light rehab (flip) on an inexpensive home to the average in the market.

This also should be reviewed by your CPA.
