This gives you recourse if the buyer stops making payments as you can have the courts enforce this performance deed and transfer ownership back to you.Just make sure you have a competent REAL ESTATE attorney review the documents prior to signing them to ensure that everything is properly worded to ensure you are protected.

Looking to learn everything i can about Real Estate Investing.

Wanted to know your thoughts on the area and then also any connections to certified Real Estate agents in the area as it will most likely be a STR after a year of living in it.

Currently I have a duplex in Madison, WI and am under contract for my first flip.Outside of real estate, I enjoy mostly time with my kids as they are young! 

My passion for real estate investing started in college, and I’m particularly interested in single-family homes and multifamily buildings.
