The system works very well, and yes changing out a cylinder is a lot faster than writing this post. 10 seconds with my hands full of other stuff (as usual).The basic locks are nothing more than builder quality - but they work fine and i wouldn't trade it for anything.Ed

my dad just had a new well drilled for about 1,000. he only uses it for lawn irrigation as he gets county water for other purposes.not sure how deep they had to go (it's florida so water isnt too deep). as far as filtration systems, the water quality is pretty rough here in my neck of the woods. i have a sofener for my everyday water (showering, etc) and a RO (reverse osmosis) for potability. i'm a bit of a water conniseur. that's what i drink 99% of the time.i'd suggest ensuring a decent water system as bad water can really harm plumbing/piping.Good luck on tues!!!!

As Mike says, when rehabbing with the idea of using the property as a rental you do not want to do any more than is necessary to provide a quality rental.

Assigning to a Cash Buyer is by far the easiest method.

Most who have a subject to deal will sell it via lease option (my preferred method) or owner financing of some kind.
