They do have a sink in the bathroom obviously so they have water but its just too small to do big dishes in so they bring them upstairs to wash

You always have to take what someone tells you with a grain of salt.Your friend being told they can't do this or that is sometimes because what they have their money in is making someone else a bunch of fees and not necessarily the best use of their money.We did a course on IRA investing in real estate.The actual concept has been around for decades and decades.These plan providers do not push it because there is little to any money in fees for them compared to the other stuff they are selling.This is why many do not offer such an option.That is at least what they were explaining to us in the course years ago.

In California licensed electrical contractors can't even do work for another electrical contractor unless they have taken a class and paid for the state certification - it's a regulation pushed by the unions... they don't get any crazier than out here!

That will either push values up a little making your property worth more if you decide to sell, or if they are already a long term tenant that likes you home they could just buy from you and you can move on to the next one.
