I'm planning on returning this weekend, during the day time, to put our drone up in the air and get some proper footage of the roof, gutters, etc. - assuming weather/snow has dissipated by then.

I’m not sure how much the asbestos removal is, the inspector said it can be in the “tens of thousands” and that a contractor wouldn’t do work without it properly being removed first.
