It's still early our investing career but I'm slowly making progress while running my business that is not related to real estate.

No big deal, in this market we were hopeful this may drive a few offers away and up our chances.We got under contract and construction progress is REALLY slow. 

So many choices I love it, but all these ideas in my head are slowing my progress down I think.
