As this search has progressed, we have grown more and more aggressive.

I agree for the long term it would be good to look in the "path of progress" near new/expanding transportation hubs.

Another Indy development is going to include the Children's Museum and just under $30M there for expansions, but not as ready to go (yet) or in progress as 16 Tech area- worth watching however!

Thank you @Jonathan Taylor  - This unit would qualify as a "luxury unit" and we definitely saw rates go down as Covid progressed.  

Break it down and just take these steps one at a time so that you can see yourself making progress.

Part of me wants to wait for it to blow over, but the other half of me knows I must start somewhere, or I’ll never make any forward progress.
