Yes, when they are speaking of private investors, they aren't talking about me or Dion or Bob or John, they are talking about the mega boys that slice and dice the pools off to brokerages where ultimately small note players may buy. 

Account Closed   Michael your sand box has some pretty dull players in it.. that's tax or foreclosure redemention one oh one...

But they hold their houses in their Do It Yourself Model.I can't really speak for Sean's company in particular because while I have met a few of the players this past week, I have not really done any business with them.  

@Ryland Taniguchi  what I found over the years that the bigger players that actually do fix and flip for a living regard as value to their business is:1.

Like baseball, most players do not hit home runs at every at bat.  

The truly savvy real estate folks I know get really good at one area and can continue to stay true to their criteria, deals may take longer to find but they know how thru experience to make deals work when the average player in that space scratches their head.  

Damn player!

I'm trying to network as much as possible down here to find the serious players.

Coming from CA, I'd like to understand who are the large market players.  

Markets are emotional, even if professional market players aren't.
