Let present the numbers:Home appraisal $160,000selling price $120,000time frame to be purchase no later then 11/22they are leasing it to me for $100 a month all included untill 11/22 this unit is also next door to my current rental. it is a 3 bed 1 bath, 1400sqft, 2 garage garage, concrete drive way, concrete patio, white vinyl privacy fence, with relatively new windows, flooring, and everything was well taken care of through the years.

hello there thanks for replying my question before. i have come to a conclusion about getting into first mortgage notes in non judicial states whether performing or non performing. i have checked out some websites like fciexchange and some others nothing concrete. is there a series of steps that i should follow, what are things to look for and what services to look for while getting into my FIRST note. certainly a lawyer wont be cheap when i dont even know if i am gonna get into a deal yet.thanks in advancenot sure if this is an amateur question?

We did what we could ourselves and did find some valuable help, i.e. an electrician, a hardwood floor person and a concrete person that were awesome.We are looking for another property but may need a HML since I don't have a W2 anymore!
