No one wakes up with experience, you have to take action and go out and do something to gain experience, and I applaud you for doing that, and for using this platform as a tool to learn.

I use Mojo for my dialer and am able to filter data generally easily, but the texting platform doesn't have an export function that would allow me to filter these people out, only people who have not responded to my messages.

Both companies are strong with platform, referrals, and management style / structure. and how they handle the inner workings of business.

I'm excited to be able to communicate with every level of investor and lenders throughout the platform.

They have a lot of training, not only how to use their platform to invest, but about passive real estate investing in general.
