I just want to confirm, I am not opposed to LLC's and have them, but 99% of people set them up wrong by first buying a proeprty, having a loan on it, then just transferring it to the LLC.

Also the rents are below market with Unit 1 coming up end of Sep. so could go from 850 to 1100. 

We tend to buy stuff in the 200-275k ARV range but pick them up needing rehab under market value.

Their guidance made the financing process smooth and aligned perfectly with my investment strategy.
