I am getting started buying mobile homes (in parks) and selling them for payments.

My name is Bryan and I am excited to introduce my self officially as I have been stalking the BP boards for a while as well as listening to a lot of podcasts.  

However when I received official contract I was dropped my jaw. -- the contract is mix of English and Chinese in writing.

One of the BP podcasts I recently listened to was talking about how many syndicates and bigger investors have been gobbling them (Multi-Fam) up, even if they aren't profitable, they are looking for a place to park funds.

Depending on where the home is located, you may want to enlist the help of park managers and mobile home dealerships to send potential applicants your way. 

I'm breaking out of my comfort zone here, and hoping to gather a little bit of advice before I finalize a deal on a 14 unit mobile home park.
