@John Matthews If the agent has to fill out all the information required on the PA, then it will take a lot of time, but if you can fill out all the info on the PA and email the completed signed PA to the agent, then it shouldn't be too hard for the agent to email or fax the offer.In IN, we have a 7 page PA and generally the offers I submit, the only thing that changes is page 1 information which is property address, offer price, EMD, etc.
