I'm not a lawyer but here's what I would suggest:1) decide if you are going to act as the registered agent, or pay someone to do this (you may have already done this during setup2) Set up a new Quicken, etc. account dedicated to the LLC3) buy a corporate kit or at least by a binder so that you can keep LLC docs organized.

Not how much paid traffic, but passive traffic from organic search engine links, links placed back to you on other sites, bookmarks etc.

It's amazing how much one organization can boost (or destroy) their local economy.With that said my question is how to get to know other markets without flying all over the place and spending time there.

NAARPI (North American Association of Rental Property Inspectors) is one of several certifying organizations that provide training.

It would allow us to organize key information into something that is easily digestible for the beginner, and would point to more detailed articles and discussions to delve into greater detail on the countless topics out there.How it Will Work:I have already outlined the various chapters and will create various Google Docs where we can collaborate on these chapters.We will create assignments for those people who are interested in helping and hopefully we can get this thing together quickly.What We're Offering:Other than being a part of a pretty awesome project to help educate the investors of the world, we will give credit to those people who get involved via a link on the 'document' to your profile and website.
