In our local area, we have fruit packing house tours, four or five of the 21 California Missions are within an hours drive, visiting wine country and all the tasting rooms to our north (use a designated driver, please), there is Yosemite, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Yellowstone, Glacier National Park......All of the above are just the things in the United States.

anyways, in any event, its only a matter of time norcal and/or socal will get hit purdy badly, last year's quake (felt like a 6) around here in los angeles & orange county felt pretty darn weird, with its prolonged wavy WOBBLING movement as opposed to the more usual sharper up and down or side to side jerks.oh and RIP nepal quake victims!

Hello there, just joined from Southern California after finding BP doing a 1031 related search on Google.We have a rental condo in Orange county that's barely paying for itself but had a major appreciation in the last 10 years, so considering doing a 1031 to out of state since CA is really not appealing to us anymore, and avoid capital gain taxes.I was thinking about Colorado or Pennsylvania, just because that's 2 states we go for family or business on occasion so we know a little bit about the area, but now on BP I discovered you can buy turn-key anywhere in the US.
