Has anyone had success with STR in the Adirondack area that would like to share tips/tricks or things to stay away from. 

Further more I think many investors invest with certain sponsors based on their on line popularity and not really on the merits of theie past achievements or should we say track record. 

KC is a pretty easy market to research online... due diligence isn't that hard with how well documented KC is.
