We’ve done some online research but I’d like to hear from people who actually live in these places.

The 2018 online tax lien auction for Coconino county in northern AZ ended last week and here are some unofficial results.

From my limited research I see that it is an online real estate brokerage with zero monthly costs, and an 85/15 commission split.

I used to use Skype, but it wasn't as reliable so we use either Viber for our daily text communication, to send quick files, and voice chats throughout the day - or Zoom if we need to do video calls. 

If you are looking at a property management platform,  there are several online that allow credit screening as well as payment portals. 

I'm assuming you've done what you can online by looking up the parcel info in your county parcel viewer, online searching parcel # and address?

I just wanted to chime in on DSTs ... you will be hard pressed to find much online. 

I ve tried to find such lists online in the hopes it would be public information as most things are today, but had no luck.

@Richard Morency I am sure if you look hard enough online you can find some scripts for all different scenarios.
