What do most nurses do for transportation, now that Uber is so convenient do they require a car and how much of a premium is added for condos that are walking distance to hospital etc. 

Beyond that Huntsville lies in what's called the Tennessee Valley, and in this area of it the Native Americans named it Death Valley due to springtime when the pollen gets trapped within it and coats absolutely everything, lakes turn yellow, and so do cars.

Bought 2 cars last year.  

I do not save money as aggressively as your oldest son does but I did save up enough money from gifts and some work at my dads shop to buy a car (03 Pontiac Sunfire) as soon as I turned 16.

I also had lines of credit and some student loans, but no car loans.I chipped away at them one at a time, lowest $ amount to highest, and snowballed the payment into the next one.  

I guess it is a little like cars--you know how they say that as soon as you drive a new car off of the lot it depreciates $5,000 (or something like that!)
