Assuming competitive (or superior) billing and skills, it's just not an issue on negatively impacting deal returns.

@Elizabeth Gregorio it's likely not just the strata fees that are causing negative cash flow, but also the low rent to price ratio.

Also, as a small side note we got a statistic that 70% of all real estate related legal action in VA in 2015 were around securities and EMD.
