I would assume that for most of you that your water, sewer, gas, etc. bills have outpaced inflation the past few years and as other nations compete for natural resources, I think that trend is going to continue.

As far as rents go, from Jan of this year until now, rental rates did drop a bit in some areas that rely heavily on the employment of the natural gas workers, however, gas prices have gone back up considerably and these workers are all set to be back to work by August.
