On the alternative side - if you go to another outside agency that does not manage your home - they will tell you whatever it takes to get the sale as they know they are done at that point.  

Alternatively, this may just be a way for them to cover their own tails - lawyers tend to be very conservative about these kinds of things.

I know it's tough because the market is so competitive, but that's the nature of the beast right now.

Seems like there should be a better alternative.

You really have to use alternate means to find these properties and by alternate, I mean anything outside of the MLS.2) On the Kansas side, you can't hardly ever go wrong with Johnson Co.  

The property can't be enjoyed by the public , as stated that the purpose of P-2 zoning is for public enjoyment, preserving a natural resource or view etc

Due to the nature of turnkey, I would not have the opportunity to buy low, rehab.

So if the bubble of 2002-2007 had not occurred, and the ensuing crash had not occurred, is this where we would be in the natural cycle of the market?  

Just rent the apartment/house out as a whole to a group, let them deal with the person to person drama within the unit.That being said, we have one triplex that doesn't have the utilities divided, so their rent covers water, natural gas, and electricity. 

There are NJDEP records of nearby (same block) properties that had leaking tanks.The MLS listing for the prior sale of this property in 1996 says the house has natural gas, baseboard hot water heat and central air, which is consistent with the information I was able to get from the town.
