At the time I watched the webinar, I didn't need the service, didn't expect to need it anytime soon, so didn't write down who the guy/company was.Do you know of anybody who has already built such a database and is offering access to it for a fee ?

From the reviews it looks like it is going to need flooring, ext/int paint, cabinets, upgraded entry doors, maybe windows.ARV will be ~1,000,000.

My reason is that there are potential tax consequences to distributing real estate (or any other property) out of an S-corporation, and there can be good business reasons to need to take the real estate out of the business.

I'm guessing the upper unit does not command $10,800 a month, or anything close.If they put down 10% down, plus closing costs, they're going to need about $78,000.
