Till this day he plays a "take it or leave it" game where he proposes an offer that is just another carrot on a stick and says take it or leave it, and then no matter what I comment back, the answer is "ok guess you don't want that".

I'd imagine multiple smaller units would drive up revenue per sqft.I have always wanted to do rv/boat/car stoarge and toss up some good size solar panels and charge premium for covered parking haha.

This morning I received an email stating the the title company will not insure the property with the heirship affidavit ( keep in mind, my processor was informed multiple times there was no probate of the estate because the state did not require it when we went through the legal process.)I am looking for advice/direction on what steps I should take next.
