All,In 2019 both dollar sales volume and median purchase price for single-family resales reached levels never before seen in the Greater Phoenix/Southeast Valley.

Raleigh/Durham/Cary has become pretty expensive so you may want to explore a secondary and tertiary market within 50 miles of where you live in the triangle.

I used to live in Lakewood only a few miles north. 

I would prefer someone in the South east Texas region ( Houston to Beaumont ).
