Complete Newbie in the North Atlanta, GA Area

Like so many others, I became interested in real estate after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad. I have been trying to soak up as much information as possible, and now it's time to start acting. I just finished reading How to Invest in Real Estate. BRRR is up next. I'm mostly interested in BRRR investing, but am open to some of the other niche's as well.

Outside of investing, I'm a husband and father of two.  I also really enjoy the automotive seen.  Some passive income from a couple of rentals could really come in handy for a new project car!  I look forward to getting to know everyone in the coming days and months.
