Web marketing guys would be the guys so ask about that.

Opendoor.com is arguably one of the most successful investment web sites for generating seller interest to sell, and the name doesn't make me think of anything in particular.  

Ageed, (.com vs almost anything) but as owner and manager of a web design company for 15 years, I see alot of .net's too, which are a "close second" -- That being said, go as short as possible and as memorable as possible.

I did however go look at your web site.

Presently I hooked up with Cameron Dunlaps iFlip which has web tools to create web sites and hosting along with analytic s.  

I've studied marketing both on and offline for years as well as web/ graphic design.

I most likely won't use one now, although I may use a short one that goes along w/ the booklet I'm making, if talking to people out of state w/ a web conference type of service to help them understand or if I ever do do presentations for groups...but I'm going to try to refrain from that concept at least initially.

The web site refers to the fair housing act but I can't find a definitive answer to when it would be appropriate to demand any further documentation.
