I just want to make sure he sees you as a serious buyer.In this market you want an investor friendly agent, normal retail realtors don’t necessarily understand what you are looking for and don’t have the commitment because for us it is alot more work per closing.

The problem in part is that it’s hard for most retail investors to tell the difference between a lucky amateur and a professional right now.

I have a retailer licenses and purchase directly from Clayton homes using 21st Mortgage CASH program and Legacy Homes using their own in-house financing. 

Oftentimes these teams will have both investor and retail agents which will be good for you if you're planning on doing both.
